our philosophy

At blue.zebu we do research for you with the care that we would do it for ourselves. We know that business-critical decisions rest on the results of the research we do for you. For this reason, we use systematic approaches in the collection and analysis of qualitative data, creating an organized and searchable structure which you can refer back to long after we have finished working on the project. Other aspects of our philosophy:

we approach each project anew, tailoring the approach to the specific business decisions that need to be made; we don't use cookie-cutter methods.

if your project is not well-suited to the methods we specialize in, we will help you find the right person to do the work for you rather than trying to do it ourselves.

we do not overbook, so your project will get the attention it deserves and we will get the lives we deserve.

One last thing, we tell it as the data tells it, even if we think you might not want to hear it. With our years of experience in the industry and our up-to-date knowledge of technology developments, however, we can help you come up with adjustment strategies should the data indicate something less than ideal.
